McKinley Consulting is currently recruiting for a Sr. .NET Developer for a contract for hire opportunity.

As a Sr. .NET Developer you will be responsible for building web-based .NET applications.  Developer will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of development, architecture to development.

Qualified Candidate will have the following experience:

5+ years of .NET development experience. C#,, ASP.NET experience.  Preferred knowledge around WPF and Silverlight

Experience with requirements gathering, and creating technical and functional design documents.

Experience testing applications.

Strong in OOA/D

Experience working on the database side, preferable SQL Server.  Ability to work with physical and logical database design.

Ability to have a strong eye for detail, and the user interface.  Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, and XSL.  Exposure to Flash, Flex and AS3.
