McKinley Consulting is currently recruiting for a Java Web Developer for a contract (potential for hire) with a local client. 

• 5+ years experience development new web-based applications.  Experience leading junior developers.  Ability to creatively problem solve.  Experience working in a fast paced environment is essential.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, PHP is required.
• Experience with Java is required.  Experience with JSP, JDBC, Tomcat and Oracle strong preferred.  Being able to pick up custom libraries in Java when working from decompiled code.  Needs to be able to understand what is going on with the java code quickly.
• Experience developing with no current documentation to follow.  Experience with taking the business requirement and have you run with it. 
• Experience with streamlining SQL, adding indexes to and knowing when to add indexes to tables in SQL and MySQL. 
• Experience with Jasper reporting a plus.
