As a Java Web Developer you will be responsible for developing customer facing web applications in a variety of languages.  You will be working on a small team in a fast paced, sometimes chaotic environment. You'll be given tasks that need to be completed with a sense of ownership. We're seeking energetic candidates able to think outside of the box, trouble shoot problems, and jump-in and get the job done even if it requires learning new technologies. The end client may often change their specs, requiring you to adjust as needed and respond in a timely manner.

This is a contract-to-hire position.

Qualified Candidate will have the following experience:

• The core skill needed is Java, but the position will require the whole internet stack (HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript), not just one functional area.
• Some training may be available as long as you have solid Java experience.
• An ad agency or e-commerce background is highly desired.
