McKinley Consulting is currently recruiting a contract Business Analyst for a client in the metro area.  This is a one year + contract with potential to convert into a full-time employee.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Conducting requirements gathering sessions and requirements hand-off/review sessions with Business stakeholders and technical development team
• Ensuring that project requirements are gathered, documented, approved and managed
• Creating high-level design, user stories and/or uses cases
• Understanding business processes and translating to system requirements
• Assisting with system tests to ensure that requirements are met in the solution
• Performing feasibility analysis
• Developing As-Is and To-Be Process Flows

Qualified Candidate will have the above experience as well as:

• Some financial and/or accounting application experience
• Extensive data analysis/mapping experience
• Experience with 'Back-end' data processing and batch processing systems, and multi-system integration
• Excellent meeting facilitation skills
• Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and structured software development methodologies
