McKinley Consulting is currently recruiting for a C# JR Developer.

As a C# Jr. Developer you will be responsible to increase sales and employee productivity in support of a Company-wide information systems strategy, specifically in the areas of listing and selling real estate.  This individual plays a key role in supporting technology initiatives for the Company.  Main responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and enhancing new and/or existing web, database, or stand-alone applications.  This position will require minimal on-call responsibilities during the hours of 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm during the week and on weekends from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Qualified Candidate will have the following experience:

• 2 to 5 years programming experience desired in one or more of the following: ASP.NET, HTML, XML, ColdFusion, SQLServer, DTS, ODBC, Access, Excel, Visual Basic /C#, VBA, Java, Java Script, VB Script, Windows Server 2000/2003, FTP
• Develop, document, and support data driven applications for the input and management of data to support back office functions and/or the company intranet.
• Participate in the management of projects including definition, planning, analysis, specification, documentation, and testing to achieve successful implementation.
• Monitor and maintain the integrity and tuning of the databases in the environment, managing migrations, upgrades, and enhancements, performing systems checks, and trouble-shooting errors.
• Create database tables, views, stored procedures, Data Transformation Service packages, and queries in Microsoft Server to support data driven applications and reporting. 
• Work with other developers to coordinate and support the integration of development projects.
• Integrate third-party software solutions and other outside tools and content.
