Prior to starting McKinley Group, McKinley Finance and McKinley Consulting. Tony was a manager with one of the largest search firms in the Midwest. He began his executive search career as a Senior Associate in the Minneapolis office of Hayden & Associates.

Tony has completed Vice President, Director and Manager level searches in a broad range of functional areas for a variety of companies in the technology, healthcare, industrial, financial services and services industries. His clients include privately-held and publicly-traded companies ranging from early stage ventures to established Fortune 500 organizations.

Tony received a BS in Marketing from the University Wisconsin Eau Claire.

In his spare time Tony attends Vikings and Timberwolves home games. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Jill and daughter Skye.

He is a member of the Collaborative and (YEO) Young Entrepreneurs Organization.
