Ashley started her recruiting career in 2001 at Metris Companies (now HSBC). She then went on to join a local staffing firm as a Recruiting and Retention Specialist, focusing on sales and operational corporate recruiting. Since 2005, Ashley has been focusing on Information Technology Consulting where she has become an expert at identifying top IT Consultants in the Twin Cities marketplace. She focuses on Project Management, Business Analysis, Architecture, Software Development and Quality Assurance.

She is a member of many recruiting networking groups in the Twin Cities, including MNTRN and TERBN. She is a member of TCHRA and SHRM as well.

Ashley and her husband Jeremy enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, Twins games, watching movies and being outdoors. They have two Miniature Schnauzers, Wellington and Bentley.
