As a Technical Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Gathering requirements from users, oftentimes leading requirements gathering sessions
- Translating user requirements into technical requirements and documentation
- Creating use cases
- Creating process flows
- Data analysis
- Reading XML and XSD's and putting them into laymen's terms
- Data feed mapping
- Analysis of all XML's and XSD's from all carriers
- Willing to work 50 hrs/week on average and more on crunch/release times
Qualified Candidate will have the following experience:
- Experience working on a fast-paced Application Development team as a Business Analyst
- Measurable track record working on technical projects ( for example, I helped increased X by Y% or saved the company Z dollars)
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure without much work direction, changing directions quickly, striving to be the best (not just doing bare minimum) and maintaining healthy work relationships
- Work samples of use cases, requirements documents, or process flows
- Experience working on an Agile team is required
